Catch the Light is a gentle home training app for vision and reading. Short, focused sessions help develop perception, attention, and confidence while reading. Designed for adults who want to strengthen visual habits and make practice part of their daily routine.

What you do in 3–15 minutes a day

  • Mini-game for visual scanning and perception

  • Reading exercises with different mechanics

  • Reflection journal to note how each session went

  • Home visual checks for self-monitoring (non-diagnostic)
