What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“I’m developing this game solo. Comprehensive testing at this scale takes a lot of time for one person, and I’m still actively building and tuning the mechanics across all chapters. I chose Early Access to help catch and fix issues faster, validate stability on a wide range of hardware, and iterate with community feedback. The core loop is playable, and I plan to refine pacing, difficulty, and station progression with real player data during Early Access.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“I plan to keep the game in Early Access for about 6–12 months. However, this timeline may change depending on player feedback, balancing, and the addition of new stations or systems. If needed to maintain quality, I may extend this period, and I plan to update the roadmap over time.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“For the full release, I plan to add more content, tighter balance, and broader quality-of-life and accessibility features. This includes additional station types, varied thief and pirate encounters, extra cards and recipe combos; finer tuning of the difficulty curve, station routing, order flow, and threat frequency based on player data; a larger card pool with light meta-progression to enhance reward loops; deeper control customization, UI options, readability, and feedback improvements; performance optimizations, bug fixes, and visual/audio polish; expanded Steam integrations like achievements and cloud saves; and gradually broader localization support. These are goals rather than promises, and priorities may shift based on community feedback.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“In the current Early Access build, the core loop is fully playable: I prepare and drop orders from the right-side queue, expand the kitchen as new stations unlock each chapter, slap coin-snatching thieves after deliveries, and later repel pirate raids with ingredient launchers before jumping back on the line. The 8 chapters x 3 days structure is active; end-of-day card picks add a touch of luck, and players can spend earnings on gear or cover hospital bills. I’m actively refining balance, pacing, and accessibility, and I plan to roll out performance optimizations and bug fixes through regular updates. Additional content, visual/audio polish, and quality-of-life improvements will be added over time.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes. During Early Access, I will keep the price more accessible, and I plan to increase it gradually as I add content and features (new stations, event variants, balance and QoL improvements, etc.). The timing and scale of any adjustments will depend on scope growth and player feedback.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“I plan to gather feedback through Steam Discussions, a short in-game form, and (if available) Discord. I will share regular patch notes and roadmap updates, and occasionally run surveys and public test branches to refine balance and quality-of-life improvements together with players.”

About This Game

Kitchen chaos against the clock! Prep the fast-flowing orders and drop them on the counter; slap thieves who go for your coins, sink pirate ships with ingredient launchers, then jump right back on the line. Speed, focus, and a dash of sweet panic—all in one.

Gameplay Loop

  • Order Flow: Delivery order doesn’t matter—just get them out in time.

  • Growing Kitchen: New stations unlock each level; as the kitchen expands, the job gets tougher.

  • Threats: Slap coin-snatching thieves after deliveries. Later, defend your island from pirate raids, sink their ships, and return to cooking.

  • Little Mishaps: Watch your fingers on the cutting board—your health isn’t infinite!

Resources & Risk

Use your earnings to buy gear or pay hospital bills—the risk management is all on you.
A bit of luck: Pick a card at the end of each day; it might bless you… or curse you.

Progression

  • 8 chapters, each with 3 days.

  • Each day ramps up: more orders, trickier station combos, and more frequent threats.

  • Every chapter keeps the rhythm fresh with new stations.

Highlights

  • Top-down 3D: clear view, smooth movement, roomy kitchen layout.

  • Short, punchy runs that whisper “one more order!”

  • Defense beats: slap-the-thief mini action and light skirmishes against pirates.

  • Cute & stylized look: playful effects, warm colors, and funny sounds.

  • Easy to learn, hard to master: timing, queue management, and the right station route decide success.

The counter’s ready and orders are incoming. If your hat stays on and your slap is quick—the kitchen is yours!
