Hunt powerful enemy prototypes to acquire their Echoes and construct new ships to rewrite the way you play!

New Ship Series and Abilities

Pilot three new types of ships, each with its own unique Ship Action that adds additional combat options.

Keep your ships on standby at the Ship Hangar to use anytime, across any break.

Fight Enemy Prototypes

Stir up trouble to lure out prototype bosses, then defeat them to capture their Echoes for your own use.

Ship Assembly

Construct new ships based on Echoes from enemy prototypes. Build more powerful ships by defeating higher level prototypes and by rewriting the construction process itself!

Ship Augmentation

Create custom builds for each ship depending on your Cognitive Capacity. The further you are in the main story, the more Cognitive Capacity you'll have, so players who have already beaten the base game will have a head start on their Capacity!

Kaycee is ready to work on all of your new ships, with a couple of new tailored upgrades for each series.

Explore the Ancient Keep

A new clearing in the miasma has revealed a stronghold of the Ancients. Explore this massive structure to discover new tech and loot -- but proceed with caution! With the new Alert Level system, you will trigger more traps and enemies as you gain the attention of the Ancients.

Ship Types DLC is designed to work with existing base game save files as well as the free update content that will be released alongside the DLC launch.
