About This Game

For a millennium, The Guard has been repeatedly invaded by the Immortali, who seek to reach Rho at all costs. Every invasion has brought new tactics and strategies. But it's slowly driving the Immortali into extinction.

Nine months after the last invasion, the Guard is still recovering and rebuilding.
But the Immortali return much sooner than expected, bringing a new ally into the fold:

God.

Guard of Rho is a real-time strategy, open-world, fantasy game.

• You'll embody an Alpha, one of the many commanders of the Guard.

• Fight through the expansive land of the Fortress Shore. A 30 km² area used to keep anyone out of Rho.
  Retake the many castles and cities populating the forests of the Eternal Blossom, the deserts of the Crowd of Sand, the islands of the Straight Ocean and the great mountains of the Wind's Howl.

• Choose your fighting style, keep your armies scattered and try to take control of the entire Shore, or have a unified army rushing to decapitate the Immortali's empress, Rosa.

• Conquering castles will allow the release of prisoners and increase the size of your army. It will also give access to a limited supply of new weapons for your army that range from common to extremely rare.

Your soldiers adapt to your needs:

• Nagui Guards: specialised in melee combat. Can equip weapons for shorter or longer ranged melee combat. Combining multiple Naguis with varying weapons creates new tactics such as Phalanx or Testudo formations.

• Feral Guards: specialised in ranged combat. Can equip weapons for shooting over obstacles, incredible range,  explosive effects or eliminating multiple enemies in a straight line.

• Hema Guards: giants from the underground who crush everything to a pulp with their legs. But they are also capable of using forged weapons or carrying large objects.

• Furbo: the only Guard in history capable of wielding magic.

• And more...

A living world:

• All action is real-time, you may end up fighting multiple battles in distant places at the same time. Or have to make a stand to defend an area while reinforcements arrive.

• The enemy is composed of multiple different commanders with unique personalities, fighting styles and allegiances...

The odds of winning The Final War are stacked against you.

You are not expected to survive.
