Why Early Access?

The game is already playable, including the online and most of the core gameplay features, but we're looking for the feedback on character balance and additional gameplay that is only possible from our community”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We will be releasing WarpBall fully before the end of 2017. August 2017 is the current estimate, but no date is confirmed at the moment.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version of the game will include improved AI, a single player mode and gameplay variant modes, in addition to the balance tweaks we'll add as we receive feedback.

We're planning to completely re-vamp the customisation options, as the general feedback on how skins currently work hasn't been great. Due to this, customisation is currently disabled while we re-design!

Additionally through development the game's artwork will be gradually improved.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The game has playable local and online multiplayer, with all 9 character abilities selectable.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We will be raising the price as we introduce new major features”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We encourage the community to leave feedback both on the steam forums or on the WarpBall subreddit, where we'll take it into consideration for development.”
