Miksi Early Access?

Our goal is to give players access to the game as it grows. Early Access lets us gather feedback directly from the community, so we can improve gameplay and add features that matter most to players.

We expect the game to remain in Early Access for at least about a year. The exact timeline will depend on development progress and community feedback as we continue to refine and expand the game.

For the full version, we plan to expand the game with additional content such as new new maps, skins, and game modes. We’re also exploring features like controller support, achievements, and ranking systems to enhance replayability and overall player experience.

Mikä on Early Access -version tila tällä hetkellä?

The current build offers a playable experience where you can try the game with friends in private lobbies. At this stage, there is one map available and a limited set of gameplay features. As development is still early, the game is not near completion and players may encounter bugs or glitches as well as server time outs.

Yes. The price is expected to increase for the full release to reflect progression, as more content, features, and improvements are added during Early Access.

We don’t yet have dedicated platforms for community interaction. However, We plans to expand with a Discord server and Steam discussions as the main places for feedback and suggestions once there is enough interest and resources for it.

Description:

Scuffed Dodgeball is an arcade-style dodgeball experience that removes traditional out-of-bounds rules and introduces elemental balls for a unique twist on classic dodgeball gameplay.

Gameplay:

Players compete in multiplayer matches where they throw elemental balls that inflict damage and status effects such as freeze, burn, poison, and more. These effects can interact with each other, creating new effects, that can either turn the tide of a match or backfire on your own team.

Friendly fire is always enabled, making positioning, timing, and awareness just as important as accuracy. Matches are designed to be short and action-packed, encouraging quick rematches and chaotic moments.
