After downloading, get the PDF files in the game directory where it is installed

1 - Go to your library, find the game, and click with the second mouse button.

2 - Click on Properties, Local Files

3 - Click on Browse

This will open the game directory, and you'll see a folder called "DLC_Coloring_Book" or a similar name.
