What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“The core gameplay systems are implemented and playable, including naval and aerial combat mechanics.

The game is stable and optimized for extended play sessions, with no known critical issues at this stage.

Visual assets for ships and aircraft equipment have been updated and unified to reflect the current design direction.

The user interface and overall game design are finalized for the Early Access scope and have been iterated on based on closed playtest feedback.

The game supports 9 languages at launch.

A mission system is implemented and functional. The game currently includes a limited initial set of missions, with additional missions and scenarios planned during Early Access.

Foundational modding support is in place, allowing players to create and add custom missions.

The naval combat simulation is in the final stage of implementation and will be included in the Early Access version, with further improvements and balance adjustments planned throughout development. In particular, aerial attacks against ships are planned as a key area of further development and are not yet implemented at this stage.

Early Access will focus on expanding content, refining balance, and improving AI and combat systems based on player feedback. Some mechanics, values, and content may change during Early Access as the game continues to evolve.

Save compatibility may not be guaranteed between Early Access updates.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“I have plan to remain in Early Access for approximately 6–9 months. This timeframe allows me to expand content, refine balance, and incorporate player feedback while ensuring the quality and stability of the full release.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“Identify and resolve remaining issues and edge-case bugs through broader player testing, ensuring long-term stability and reliability.

Design, implement, and iterate on city assault mechanics, including different capture scenarios such as fortified cities, cities defended by armies, and coastal cities supported by naval forces.

Expand city management systems by introducing city laws, including mechanics focused on population migration and investments into resource exploration.

Collect player feedback on mission structure and progression, and expand the mission set based on gameplay data and community input.

Achieve long-term balance across combat, economy, technology progression, and equipment production. The goal is to create a self-sustaining ecosystem where industry, resource extraction, trade, and equipment manufacturing interact dynamically.

Evaluate and refine the role of pirate bases within the economic and military systems, ensuring they have a meaningful and balanced impact on gameplay.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The Early Access price reflects the current scope and depth of the game. The price may increase as additional content, systems, and features are added toward the full release.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Community feedback will be collected primarily through Steam Discussions and reviews, with additional discussion available via the official Discord server.

Player feedback will be used to identify issues, evaluate balance, and guide further development during Early Access, particularly in areas such as combat, economy, and mission design.”

Developer’s Note

The reason I created this project was the arrogance and sense of superiority that some people hold over others.

I lived through the war in Mariupol, a month under blockade, and then a new beginning in Norway, where I started a new chapter in a large international company. But even there, I faced another kind of struggle — discrimination. Migrants were humiliated and segregated, separated from their Norwegian colleagues into isolated zones, regardless of their status or role in the team. It was there that I came to a painful realization: sometimes the greatest “crime” in life is simply being born in the wrong country.

The war changed me. I began to think more about family and the future. And I also felt the need to create this project. I hope you will find it meaningful and interesting.
