Coming Soon To Early Access

The developers of this game intend to release as a work in progress, developing with the feedback of players.

Note: Games in Early Access are not complete and may or may not change further. If you are not excited to play this game in its current state, then you should wait to see if the game progresses further in development. Learn more

What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“We want to build the ultimate Cloud Server Simulator together with the community.
The simulation is already fun and playable, but the world of servers, cooling, power grids, and IT administration has so many details that player feedback is essential to shape the balance and depth. Early Access allows us to grow the game step by step while keeping players involved in the design of new systems and events.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We estimate 6–9 months, but this may vary depending on player feedback and feature development.
Our goal is to leave Early Access only when the game feels complete, balanced, and feature-rich.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“Expanded scenarios and management challenges for long-term play.
More depth in the Unix-like terminal and file system,
with additional commands and tools to simulate real-world administration tasks.
Extra customization options for servers, racks, and warehouse environments.
Visual polish, UI refinements, and quality-of-life improvements.
Performance optimizations and bug fixes.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version is fully playable and already includes:
A functional simulation of CPU load, network load, and server demand scaling.
Server grouping and data center management mechanics.
A working Unix-like OS and terminal system,
allowing players to type and execute in-game commands for system administration.
A complete warehouse scene with multiple server prefabs and visual systems.
Core progression loop where players expand, balance, and optimize their data center.
While most planned features are already present, some balancing, additional terminal commands, and extra management scenarios will be added before the full release. Players can expect stability and completeness, with the Early Access phase primarily serving to polish and refine the game.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes. The Early Access version is offered at a reduced price.
As more content and features are added, the price will rise.
Players who join us early will receive all future updates at no extra cost.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Game balance and pacing.
New systems and events to simulate.
UI/UX improvements for dashboards and strategy windows.
We’ll use Steam forums to prioritize development based on what players want most.”

About This Game

Step into the hidden world behind every video call, every online purchase, and every streaming service: the data center. In Cloud Server Simulator, you’ll take control of a growing warehouse packed with servers, racks, and networking hardware. Your task is simple on the surface, keep the systems running. But behind the blinking lights lies a constant challenge of balancing CPU cycles, network load, cooling efficiency, and customer demand.

Build clusters of machines to share workloads, manage bottlenecks in your network backbone, and prepare for unexpected traffic spikes. Like real-world operations, demand never stays still. It rises, falls, and shifts in unpredictable patterns. Anticipating these waves is the difference between smooth uptime and costly outages.

Your warehouse is the heart of your operation. As you expand, you’ll organize multiple server groups, experiment with placement strategies, and learn to scale your hardware to match the world’s appetite for cloud computing. Watching the racks fill with new equipment, tuning performance, and knowing you built the backbone of something vast and invisible gives the game its unique rhythm.

Cloud Server Simulator isn’t about flashy explosions or endless micromanagement. It’s about the satisfaction of seeing your digital empire thrive. At the core of the simulation is a Unix-like terminal and file system that gives you direct control over your machines. From installing server software to monitoring resource usage, everything runs through a command-line interface designed to feel authentic and functional.
