Early Access allows us to fine-tune the feel of the rope, polish puzzle flow, and improve online stability so that every climb feels smoother and more rewarding.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We plan to keep Fling Friends in Early Access for roughly 6 to 8 months. Larger content or feature expansions will depend on community feedback and testing results. Our focus is steady improvement over rushed additions.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

““The current Early Access version of Fling Friends includes all core gameplay systems — flinging, climbing, puzzle-solving, checkpoints, and co-op multiplayer — across four themed environments.
For the full version, we plan to expand and refine the experience in several areas:

Additional puzzle types that introduce new cooperative mechanics and color-based challenges.

Enhanced visuals and lighting, including improved materials, effects, and character animations.

Polished rope physics for smoother flings and more predictable team control.

Optional narrative cutscenes and voice lines to give more personality to the world and characters.

Accessibility and quality-of-life options, such as control customization, camera tweaks, and visual clarity settings.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Right now Fling Friends features a complete vertical world with two themed environments, working co-op multiplayer and functional rope mechanics. The game is stable and fun, though visuals, audio, and network optimization are still being improved. It’s already a chaotic and enjoyable climb, and we plan to keep building on that.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“No. We plan to keep Fling Friends at the same price during and after Early Access. Our focus is on improving and refining the experience with player feedback, not on changing the pricing model.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We’re actively involving our community through Discord and Steam discussions. Player feedback helps us adjust puzzle difficulty, rope tension, and co-op balance. We plan to share development updates, hold small playtests, and highlight creative player moments. Our goal is to grow Fling Friends with the people who enjoy playing it most.”
