This is an updated Demo Build that was used for Gamescom and Tokyo Game Show showcases. Keep in mind that this is nowhere near the final version of Steel Ark and it doesn't fully represent what the game will look like in the future. We fixed some of the most prominent bugs and added localization, so that everyone could enjoy it!

We’ll be continuing updating the demo occasionally to share new features and improvements with our community, and would be glad to receive your feedback!

Demo Description:

Experience the first glimpse of Steel Ark - a first person survival sandbox with Crafting, Automation, Trains and an Atmospheric Post-Apocalyptic World to explore

Steel Ark is set in a fractured world, long after a devastating technogenic collapse. You play as a survivor who finds an old train and turns it into a mobile base. Explore the ruins of a lost civilization, fight off enemies, extract and manage resources, manufacture components, and build automated systems to scale your production.

The Demo Includes:

A Mobile Base - The Steel Ark

Operate your own train! It is your home, transport and lifeline. Use it to store resources, travel along the tracks, craft essential items, and find shelter from the outside world.

A Slice of the Open World

Explore a small section of the post-apocalyptic landscape. You'll find abandoned tracks, buildings, mines, and the remains of a bygone era.

Resource Extraction, Basic Automation & Crafting

Gather up resources, set up automated drills, smelt ores, craft materials, and later weapons!
