About This Game

Arcturus Vision Gaussian XR lets you explore 3D Gaussian splats in immersive VR, natively on Steam Frame. Transport yourself into the included example scenes (all captured with Arcturus Vision Camera on Steam Frame) and move through them to discover new viewpoints and experience them in high fidelity. Gaussian splatting is a 3D reconstruction and rendering technique that converts a collection of images into a realistic 3D environment that you can explore interactively. Automatically discovers compatible splats that you have uploaded to your Steam Frame allowing you to explore other compatible scenes.

• Explore a gallery of 8 example scenes including a house on Lake Michigan, and a house at different stages of construction

• Use your VR controllers to turn and move through each scene

• Change the scale of the scene to examine it like a miniature

• Transfer your own compatible scenes (PLY and SOG formats) into the GaussianXR folder in Documents on your Steam Frame and Gaussian XR will automatically discover them
