Captured and taken to a hidden underground complex, former soldier Marius was subjected to a serum meant to grant eternal life - instead he fell into a coma and awakened ten years later immune to the experiment, only to find the abandoned facility overrun by alien-like creatures created from failed test subjects that spread and destroyed the world.
