The Lusanti Chronicles is an erotic fantasy story with adult elements and contains acts of violence.

There are acts of violence such as people being struck and battle scenes. There are several mentions of child abuse (in a negative context), but it is not shown. There are mentions of sexual violence (in a negative context), but none are displayed. These themes are apart of the major and main characters storylines.

Although the game is very story driven, there is full frontal nudity and sexual scenes solely with adult characters. There are two to three consensual sexual acts displayed in each chapter. These are skippable with no violence. The galleries also contain nudity and consensual activity. All characters involved in such acts are over 18. This includes sexual intercourse and scenes where more than one character is present.

There is a reference to drug abuse, but no acts or results are shown. The consequences of such use are mentioned. The drugs discussed are unique to the game and not found in the real world.

All characters are 3D characters, there are no real people featured anywhere in the game.
