The Lusanti Chronicles is an erotic fantasy story with adult elements and contains acts of violence.

There are acts of violence such as people being struck and battle scenes. There are several mentions of child abuse (in a negative context), but it is not shown. There are mentions of sexual violence (in a negative context), but none are displayed. These themes are apart of the major and main characters storylines.

Although the game is very story driven, there is full frontal nudity and sexual scenes solely with adult characters. There are two to three consensual sexual acts displayed in each chapter.
