Soul Maze
Soul Maze is a cooperative game where failure has consequences. You play as Light Souls trapped together in a maze between life and death. Work together to recover soul fragments and escape. If you fail, the group must sacrifice one of its own.

“We’re a small independent studio made up of two passionate creators who don’t come from the video game industry originally. Soul Maze is our very first project, born from our desire to create a fun multiplayer experience to enjoy with friends. We still have many ideas, improvements, and new mechanics we’d love to add over time. Early Access will allow us to involve the community in this process — helping us fine-tune the difficulty, balance the gameplay, and guide Soul Maze in the right direction.”

“We expect Soul Maze to remain in Early Access for at least 1 to 2 years, with regular updates throughout development. However, the game may stay in Early Access longer depending on how development progresses. The duration will mostly depend on player feedback and how the game evolves over time.”

“We plan to explore new features, including the idea of a labyrinth that evolves in each game, potentially offering more varied environments and challenges. “The game is currently playable with 4 players in its minimalist version, featuring the core gameplay and as few bugs as possible. We hope it can be enjoyed as a complete game, even though the content is still limited for now.”

“The price will likely increase during Early Access depending on the game's development and added content.”

Về trò chơi này

Soul Maze is an online co-op game for 2 to 4 players, where every failure changes the game.

  • Explore a shifting maze through timed rounds

  • Collect soul fragments and bring them back to the Altar

  • Cooperate… or face the consequences of failure

If the team fails, a choice must be made: sacrifice one of the players.

The sacrificed player returns as a Dark Soul, with new abilities and a new objective:
stop the others from escaping.

Each run becomes a game of strategy, tension, and betrayal,
where cooperation can collapse at any moment.

Collaborate

The maze is testing you, round after round. Work together to navigate the maze and reach the soul fragments you need to survive. But beware, if you fail to bring enough in time, one of your friends will have to pay the price.

Strategy

Have you noticed the tall tower rising from the center of the maze? It might just save you. From there, one player can oversee the labyrinth, guiding others through the darkness and locating the fragments. Use it wisely… or ignore it at your own risk.

Challenges

Obstacles, traps, puzzles… The soul fragments won’t be easy to obtain. The maze will test your teamwork and cunning. With every new run, the labyrinth reshapes itself, rearranging its corridors and its trials. You will never walk the same darkness twice.

Watch your step… the maze is always watching.

Vengeance

Betrayed and sacrificed by your companions? Fear not, the maze embraces you now. Become a Dark Soul and hunt the living. Sabotage their progress and ensure they never escape the limbo.
