Proč předběžný přístup?

„Numeromantia combines deckbuilding with a grid of numbers and cell effects. We want to refine that interaction with players: which builds reward planning, where encounters become repetitive, and how clearly the game explains a card before it is played. Early Access will help us improve balance, usability, and presentation through feedback from real runs.“

Přibližně jak dlouho bude tato hra v předběžném přístupu?

„We currently expect Early Access to last approximately three months. This is an estimate: the schedule may change depending on player feedback and the work needed for version 1.0.“

„For the full version, we plan to refine the balance of the characters and their build options, improve encounter and reward variety, and continue polishing combat feedback, animation, sound, and interface clarity. We also plan to improve localization and address issues reported during Early Access. The exact scope may evolve with player feedback.“

„The current version supports complete runs through the campaign with distinct playable characters and Ascension difficulty levels. It includes character-specific cards, artifacts, potions, branching routes, events, battles against multiple enemies, a searchable glossary, and run statistics. The core run is playable from start to finish. Balance, presentation, and localization are still being refined, and bugs may occur.“

„We do not plan to change the price during Early Access or when the game leaves Early Access.“

At a candlelit alchemist's table, a field of numbers holds the power of your next move. Numeromantia is a single-player deckbuilding roguelike where cards draw strength from a changing field. Turn its numbers into attacks and shields, prepare powerful cell effects, and choose the moment to consume them.

Every placement is a decision


Each card works with a particular area of the field. Spend a strong line on damage, preserve it for defense, or use another card to prepare a better turn. Consumed cells must recover before they can fuel your strongest effects again. Your hand and your field are a single puzzle, changing with every play.
Enemies reveal their intentions. Groups of opponents make target selection matter, and mounting pressure makes waiting forever a dangerous plan.

Distinct heroes. Different ways to change the rules.

  • The Alchemist charges cells with elements, transforms metals, brews potions and turns preparation into powerful discharges.
  • The Oathkeeper burns cards for resolve, raises protective banners and turns a well-timed defense into a counterattack.
  • The Weaver creates temporary stitches, lays patterns across the field and builds momentum by alternating card types.
Each hero has a distinct card pool and interconnected build paths. Combine their mechanics with upgrades, artifacts and potions to find your own way through.

Shape the journey as well as the fight

Place route shapes on the act map and choose the encounters you will face. Weigh an elite battle against a safer path, spend your gold carefully, and decide what a mysterious offer is worth. Changing maps, events and rewards give each run a different set of decisions.
