Nevitsky Castle: The Bloody Legend of Transcarpathia is a hybrid 2.5D adventure platformer set in the early 17th century, in the heart of Transcarpathia. You play as Gustav Bertolucci, an Italian monster hunter sent by the Vatican on a secret mission. His goal is to investigate the dark events unfolding in Nevytsky Castle and save the local villagers from their new cruel mistress — Elizabeth Báthory.

As you explore the castle and its surroundings, you’ll uncover eerie locations, interact with NPCs, and battle nightmarish creatures in intense combat. The game combines the charm of pixel art with modern graphical features like 3D elements and dynamic lighting, creating a rich and atmospheric gameplay experience.

Test your strength against the legendary creatures of Carpathian folklore.

The game features three types of weapons: a sword, an axe, and a crossbow.


Approx. playtime: 20–30 minutes

This demo includes:

• Prologue & opening area of Nevitsky Castle — exploration, platforming, and combat.

• Core combat system with weapon switching: sword, axe, and crossbow.

• Multiple enemy types and two challenging bosses.

• Checkpoint system with basic progress saving (coins and progress preserved at checkpoints).

• Languages: English & Ukrainian (Interface/Subtitles). No voiceover.

Not included in the demo (available in the full game):

• Later chapters with new regions and quests.

• Additional enemy varieties and boss encounters.
