Why Early Access?

“We want to release the game as soon as possible that way the players can give us feedback on what works and what needs to be improved in order to make the game better for future releases.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We have a solid plan for future updates, so we are aiming to complete the game within a year and a half or so.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We plan to complete the main story of the game, as well as the side quest chains that are currently present in the game. That means we plan to add many events and scenes to existing game structure that further move the overall narrative towards the finale. We also plan to add two or three new corruption quest chains with more possibilities to corrupt the main protagonist. We are very weary about expanding the scope of the game too much and our update efforts will be focused on expanding existing content with more events and scenes for the players to experience and enjoy.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Currently in the game there is a prologue in the form of a linear first chapter that is about one hour of gameplay. Then the game branches out into a sandbox style game with a main quest line and several corruption quest chains that supplement the overall progression. Currently there are about a hundred scenes in the game which is about six hours of gameplay with variety of events that the players can experience. ”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Price will not change when the game leaves early access”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“In the game there is already a link to very short (3 questions) feedback form that will be used to gather as much information on what the community wants to see in the game and will directly influence the content of the game.”

Embark on a journey of self discovery with Emily. Help her navigate the dangers of a medieval fantasy world and be her guide through the perils of an unfamiliar town. Unlock her true potential through various encounters with many characters and lead her into a depths of depravity where she can truly find what she really is and fully realize her desires. Free her from  shackles of shame and embarrassment and help her accept her true nature.

Ardor for Depravity is a narratively rich corruption visual novel with sandbox elements, that leans heavily on slow-burn psychological transformation. The game offers atmosphere and character progression in a form of long term story telling with gradual payoff.

The game is primarily focused on corrupting Emily through various encounters with numerous other characters. This includes all variety of flavors and scenarios. Emily starts as a virtuous, little bit naive girl from a small town with little to no experience and as she is plunged into unfamiliar territory, you as a player will help her navigate this treacherous new place. Gradually she becomes more and more depraved and her escapades will progressively become more daring and intense.
