East of Downtown lies an abandoned island, tainted by the disgrace of the city government. After the Beta War, Island #17 was left out of the city’s development plans.

Here, immigrants from "Motokumo"—the Kumo people—settled and began rebuilding the forsaken island.

In time, it transformed into “Kumo Island,” the vibrant heart of East Ward, a bustling area of Downtown.

The Administrator sets out on a journey to "Motokumo," the hometown of Toa and Satona, in search of lost fragments of memory and the history buried under power.

In this episode, Toa and Satona make an appearance dressed in kimonos.

Take a look at the two of them wearing Motokumo’s traditional attire—the kimono!

In this episode, Toa’s Japanese voice acting is performed by voice actress Hasumi Ai (羽澄愛).

The use of Japanese voice lines this time enhances immersion—making it feel as if the characters are truly speaking Kumoan, the language of the Motokumo region!
