Part visual novel, part choose-your-own-adventure, Witchlight Woods immerses you in a strange, creepy, and dangerous adventure.  

As the youngest woman of your village, you are sent into the depths of the woods to perform the annual ritual that keeps the Thousand-Eyed Witch imprisoned.

Armed only with your courage and your magic lantern, face the dangers of the forest and the witch's tricks, uncover the secrets of the past, and perhaps even find yourself.

A thousand eyes upon you.

Stalking you throughout your journey, the Thousand-Eyed Witch will do everything in her power to stop you. Sometimes charming, sometimes frightening, she will force you to make difficult choices.

Counter her schemes, see through her illusions, and converse with her to uncover her past and that of your village... But it will be up to you to discern truth from lies.

Friends or foes? 

Meet and bond with creatures and travelers roaming the woods, each with their own agenda. Decide who to help, who to use, and who to betray.

By the light of my lantern.

Only your lantern shields you from the witch’s influence. Every drop of oil counts, and hard choices may earn you some, or cost you everything.

Conserve your oil, trade it, or burn it to cast spells. It’s up to you to manage this precious resource.
