• Right-click Promise Mascot Agency in your Steam Library

• Select Manage

• Select Browse Local Files

• Open PromiseMascotAgencyArtWorks.pdf

If automatic updates are turned off, please update the Promise Mascot Agency base game first on Steam.

If you still can't find it, you might need to change the game's language. Go to your Steam Library, right-click the game, and change the game's language to English, and the artbook should be in your Local Files. You can now change the language back again.
