The Absentia Demo is a first-person horror survival game where you are required to navigate through Darkmyer facing puzzles and experiments. Absentia is based in 1940s Germany and you are equipped with a flashlight and you must use stealth and intelligence in order to survive. You play as Ethan Blake as you find yourself woken up in an abandoned castle as a prisoner. You must locate supplies and tools in order to aid your survival

There is mature content in the game which consists of gore and Fake dead bodies in the streets. As it is based in 1940s Experimental Germany. There are also fighting scene whereby punches and slaps are thrown at the character which you play as. There is no sexual activity or extreme scenes in Absentia Demo. There is one sensitive topic due to this game being set in 1940s germany there are references to german experiements which have taken place and the lifestyle that germany lived in however nothing extreme.
