Donkey Ball is a physics-based launch game inspired by classic “Nanaca-likes,” where your goal is to send donkey across the landscape at maximum speed, chaining momentum, special items, and absurd combos to see just how far you can go.

But Donkey doesn’t roll alone.

The world is full of colorful characters that’ll help (or hilariously hinder) your flight path—slingshotting you into the stratosphere, punching you at light speed, or rudely knocking you flat. With unlockable abilities, secret item chains, and high-speed visual insanity, every run is a ridiculous new ride.

Core Gameplay

  • One-button Launch: Time your launch perfectly to send Donkey flying through the air.

  • Aerial Chaos: Bounce off characters, catch boosts, and avoid momentum-killing traps.

  • Combo System: String together mid-air interactions to build up wild score multipliers.

  • Momentum Management: Fight friction and gravity with perfect timing, smart item use, and brutal impacts.

  • Shop System: Use coins gained from combos and items to strengthen the boost you get from characters, and unlock new combos!

  • Nanaca-Like and Rougue-Like Mechanics: A loving tribute to the golden age of classic flash physics-launch games - updated and enhanced for modern speed demons.

  • Unlockable Special Moves: Build enough combo energy to trigger explosive mid-air donkey transformations.

  • Items and Powerups: Use jetpacks, hook shots, and wings, to maintain flight or throw your donkey into a useful boost.

  • Weird Cast of Characters: Get hit by an aggressive demon, a quiet teddy-headed batter, a robotic bunny, or a soup-headed driver. Each will boost you in it's own unique way, and chain you into more characters.

  • Procedurally-Generated Zones: No two runs are the same—random character layouts and item arrangements keep it spicy.

  • Classic Mode: Play the oldschool way without shops to slow your roll, just do your best to get as far as you can.

What is a “Nanaca-Like”?

Think of it like shot-put, but instead of the ball just stopping where it lands, a bunch of weirdos punch it into the sky. If that sounds stupidly fun, then welcome - you’re in for a treat.
