About This Game

An empire falters. An uncertain age begins.

Hanfall: Age of Stratagems is a single-player historical strategy game set in China during the late Han dynasty and the Three Kingdoms era. As the old order unravels, rival powers emerge, and personal ambitions become entwined with the fate of the land.

A world beyond the chronicles

Walled cities, winding rivers and rural landscapes form the backdrop to an age of upheaval. Rooted in history, Hanfall explores the people, places and regional cultures of its setting, seeking both the sweep of an era and the human detail within it.

History in ink and paper

Ink-wash landscapes, muted colors and paper-inspired interfaces shape the game's visual identity. Restrained brushwork and a contemplative atmosphere evoke the feeling of opening an old illustrated chronicle.

Your own chapter in a changing age

Hanfall is a work about circumstance, choice and ambition. Within a familiar historical setting, stories remain unwritten. Enter this turbulent world from your own perspective and discover what it means to be part of its history.
