Welcome to the Monte Quacko, the only casino where everyone's a duck and the chips never stop flying. Always Bet on Quack is a multiplayer, duck-themed casino packed with classic games like blackjack, roulette, and slots, all with exciting twists! Whether you're chasing Lucky Squares in Quackette or bluffing your way through a honk-filled round of Quackjack, the goal is simple: have fun with your friends, not refill an online wallet. No microtransactions for chips, no pressure, just feathers, flair, and an unhealthy desire to keep on gambling.

THE GAMES

Here at the Monte Quacko, the games list is constantly growing, but expect to find these favorites on opening day:

Quackette:

Quackette starts like classic roulette, and then chaos takes over.

Players can quack to nudge the ball mid-spin, sending it bouncing across the wheel. Hit a Lucky Square and everyone’s bets stay live for a second spin with a shared multiplier. Loud, unpredictable, and 100% quackers.

Quackjack: 

Quackjack starts like classic blackjack, until the table joins in.

In one-on-one play, a quick-draw quack duel can knock a winning card from the dealer’s hand. With more players, you can jump onto other ducks’ doubles and splits. Win together to fill a shared meter and unlock free doubles and splits... But keep that meter filled or it will be gone faster than you earned it!

Slots:

Pull the lever and hope for feathers. Our slots are designed for fast spins, flashy effects, and just the right amount of absurdity. Each machine has its own theme, complete with bonus effects, duck-themed symbols, and over the top win animations that keep that dopamine flowing.

COMING BACK FROM A LOSS

Sometimes, not every duck comes out a winner, and that's okay! We thought ahead at the Monte Quacko. We understand that predatory microtransactions and the constant bother to "refill" your chips isn't the way to keep someone gambling. We found a much more ethical solution, by allowing gamblers to jump in the back of an unmarked white van and work under the table construction jobs!

The jobs can be completed either solo or with up to four total ducks as Foreman Big Jerry sends you off to exciting jobs such as:

Jackhammer Jumble

Strap your duck onto a jackhammer and tear up as much pavement as possible! Smash through the worksite, carve out the biggest chunk of concrete, and try not to slam into other ducks or obstacles, or you’re clocking out early.

Foreman Says

Foreman’s talking! Each duck has their own workstation and must follow the boss’s instructions exactly. Hit the wrong step and you’re out.

Road Work Chaos

Your duck crew has been thrown onto a chaotic highway construction job. Dodge speeding traffic, weave through obstacles, and deliver road-work equipment to the right spots before you become very flat roadkill.

Flow Control

A puzzle of pipes and perfect teamwork! Each duck controls a different section of a massive plumbing line, but no one can see anyone else’s setup. Communicate, coordinate, and connect the flow before a blockage knocks you out.

Mix Master Quack

Step into the groove with Cement Mix Master Quack—yes, he has a theme song. Follow the beat, mix that cement with perfect rhythm, and don’t fall off tempo. Miss a beat and your mixer goes bust.

Hammer Time

Grab a hammer and get to work! Nails pop up all over your construction zone, and timing is everything. Hit each nail cleanly or risk smashing your framing to pieces.

Once you're all done, you'll be safely transported back to the Monte Quacko, ready to gamble it all away, all over again!

PROGRESSION AND COOL HATS:

In Always Bet on Quack, looking good is half the game. Earn chips through play and spend them on a wide range of outfits, hats, feather patterns, and visual effects to customize your duck. Whether you're going for suave high roller or chaotic gremlin, there’s a look for every table. Some cosmetics are exclusive, unlocked only by taking on special challenges or reaching key milestones in each of the different games.

Progression comes in two forms:

• Seasonal Player Cards track how much you win each season, upgrading your tier and unlocking perks like higher bet limits, bonus rewards, and VIP flair. At the start of a new season, everyone resets, giving all ducks a fresh chance to climb the ladder.

• Achievement Challenges are guided by Dük, the boss' nephew and resident moody artist. He’s working on a series of masterpieces inspired by each game in the casino, but he needs you for inspiration. Visit Dük’s studio to view themed challenges and complete them to unlock unique cosmetics while watching the artwork evolve with your progress. Finish a piece, and you'll earn an exclusive prize worthy of a gallery wall (or at least a very proud quack).

SUPPORT THE DUCKS, SUPPORT THE FUTURE:

Always Bet on Quack isn’t just a den of debauchery, it happens to also be a great teaching tool! While also running Dogwood Gaming, a couple of our developers teach game design at Bristol Community College in Fall River, Massachusetts. The game is part of an ongoing effort to teach the next generation of developers how games are made. From code to cosmetics, every update helps students learn real world skills while experiencing the drama of a live project.

To help support continued development, we’ll offer optional Supporter Packs with each major content release. These bundles are 100% cosmetic with no gameplay advantages or pay to win nonsense. They’re simply a way to show your love (and look quack-tabulous doing it).

We plan to release two to three major updates per year, aligned with the academic calendar. So whether you’re a casual quacker or a dedicated high roller, you can expect a steady flow of new content, games, cosmetics, and surprises every season.
