Varför Early Access?

“Tiny Paws is a calm game you check between tasks. Because the pet literally lives on your desktop, small UX details (resolution, scaling, input) matter a lot.
Early Access lets us improve these quickly with your feedback and grow the desktop-pet fantasy together. We also want to expand features such as more pet types, decorations, and interactive systems, and player input is essential to guide which of these should come first. Early Access ensures we can polish the existing experience while shaping the roadmap with the community and fulfilling our mission of donate revenue to animals.”

Ungefär hur länge kommer det här spelet att vara i Early Access?

“We plan for Tiny Paws to remain in Early Access for roughly 2–3 months, aiming for a full release around the end of Q4 or the beginning of Q1. This timeframe allows us to polish the current systems, expand content, and incorporate community feedback before the final launch.”

Hur är det tänkt att den fullständiga versionen ska skilja sig från versionen i Early Access?

“We plan a stabilization period to fix bugs, optimize performance, and improve scaling/controls based on playtest feedback. Beyond that, the full version is intended to add more content and variety: deeper background digging (new biomes/resources), additional toys/upgrades, expanded customization (themes, wallpapers, accessories), and more animal species.”

Hur är det nuvarande läget i versionen med Early Access?

“The Early Access version of Tiny Paws already includes the core systems: players can adopt a pet, feed it, and interact with it directly on their desktop through a transparent background mode. Core idle mechanics such as digging and resource generation are implemented, covering roughly two-thirds of the planned gameplay foundation. Pets can already be cared for day-to-day, making the game fully playable in its current form.

Looking ahead, the Early Access period will allow us to strengthen the visuals, introduce equipment durability, and expand interactivity with additional features such as a mini card game and more decoration options. While the fundamentals are solid, this stage is focused on polishing UX details, optimizing performance, and shaping future content based on community feedback. Tiny Paws is being lovingly built right now by a solo developer—paw by paw, day by day.”

Kommer spelet att prissättas annorlunda under och efter Early Access?

“Yes. We plan to increase the price slightly when Tiny Paws leaves Early Access to reflect the additional content, features, and polish added during development. Players who join during Early Access will benefit from a lower entry price, while supporting the game’s growth and our mission of donate revenue to animals. 🐾”

“Community feedback will steer our roadmap throughout Early Access. Here’s how we’ll involve you: Always-on Discord: dedicated channels for ideas, QoL requests, and bug reports — we reply fast. Playtest branches: opt in to try features early and help fine-tune balance. Polls and surveys: you pick priorities (pets, areas, events). Public updates: regular devlogs and sneak peeks; we explain what shipped and what’s next.
