“Queremos que La última promesa: Los demonios del alma evolucione con la ayuda de la comunidad. El Acceso Anticipado nos permitirá recopilar retroalimentación real de los jugadores para mejorar el equilibrio de las mecánicas, detectar errores que no aparecieron en pruebas internas y ajustar prioridades de desarrollo según la experiencia de los usuarios.

Planeamos continuar desarrollando y puliendo el juego durante el periodo de Acceso Anticipado, incorporando mejoras de rendimiento, ajustes de jugabilidad y contenido adicional basados en el feedback de la comunidad.”

“Nuestra meta es que el juego permanezca en Acceso Anticipado durante aproximadamente 6 a 12 meses. “Planeamos que la versión completa incluirá una experiencia mucho más robusta y pulida. Por lo que planeamos añadir:
- Más contenido de juego (niveles, personajes, armas o misiones).
- Un sistema de logros de Steam completamente integrado.
- Mejoras significativas en el apartado visual y sonoro.
- Soporte para más idiomas.
- Optimización técnica basada en el rendimiento en distintos hardwares de los usuarios.”

“Actualmente, el juego es jugable de principio a fin dentro del contenido disponible y cuenta con las mecánicas núcleo (core gameplay) implementadas. Los jugadores pueden experimentar la base del metroidvania con elementos tipo soulslike, incluyendo combate, exploración y el primer nivel completo con sus desafíos principales.

Esta versión es funcional y estable para jugar; sin embargo, los usuarios pueden encontrar errores menores, áreas con oportunidad de optimización y aspectos de balance que seguimos revisando y mejorando durante el desarrollo.”

“Sí, valoramos enormemente el apoyo de quienes se unen a nosotros en esta etapa inicial. Por ello, el primer nivel será gratuito. Y cuando lancemos el juego completo con la versión 1.0 para reflejar la cantidad de contenido nuevo y las mejoras añadidas, haremos la modificación al precio.”

“La comunidad es el corazón de nuestro desarrollo. Estaremos muy activos en los Foros de la Comunidad de Steam y en nuestro servidor de Discord. How far would you go to save the one you love from their own demons?

In The Last Promise: The Demons of the Soul, you take control of Reaven, a woman determined to rescue her husband, Arven, who has been consumed by a silent darkness after losing his job and his father on the same day. A cursed object has unleashed an ancient spirit that feeds on his vitality, dragging Reaven into a world inside a video game, where she must literally fight the emotions tormenting her partner.

This title fuses the non-linear exploration of a Metroidvania with the challenge and precision of a Soulslike.

Key Features

Explore an Interconnected World:
Travel through 7 distinct zones, from the Cavern of Contempt to the Labyrinth of Oblivion. Discover secrets, shortcuts, and hidden areas as you unlock abilities that grant access to new places.

Challenging and Strategic Combat:
Face relentless enemies using a varied arsenal that includes swords, shotguns, and magic. Master the art of parrying, dodging, and stamina management. Remember: if your defense drops or you become confused, you’ll be at the enemy’s mercy.

Bosses that Represent Emotions:
Battle 6 main bosses and a final boss, each embodying a trauma or negative feeling such as Rage, Guilt, Loneliness, and Depression (Umbryon). Defeating them grants unique powers like Double Jump or Shadow Strike.

Allies and Devastating Ultimates:
You are not alone. Summon magical allies like Pucho or Sally to heal you or stun enemies. When things get critical, unleash spectacular “Ultimates”: from running enemies over with a motorcycle to summoning a digital explosion—or even Cthulhu himself.

RPG Progression:
Collect Dracones and Prisms of Fate to upgrade your stats, enhance your weapons to legendary levels, and refine your abilities with the help of mysterious merchants like The Collector and The Coin Master.

Narrative and Secrets:
Immerse yourself in an emotional story filled with pop culture references and nostalgic Easter eggs. Find lost objects that tell stories from other dimensions and times.
