Delivery Heroes is still in active development, and Early Access lets us work closely with players as we shape the core experience. While you can already ride and upgrade your scooter, race against timers, manage fuel, and brave city traffic, much of our roadmap additional districts, co-op modes, advanced AI behaviors, and a full progression system remains under development.

By joining now, you’ll help us fine-tune scooter physics, balance delivery pacing, uncover bugs, and guide new features. Your feedback during this phase will inform how Delivery Heroes evolves into the dynamic courier sim we hope to create.

We estimate Delivery Heroes may remain in Early Access for around 9–12 months, though that timeline could shift based on development progress and community feedback. During this period, we hope to introduce new city districts, co-op modes, enhanced traffic and police systems, and the full progression & challenge framework.

Expanded World & Content
Many more city districts—each with unique landmarks, traffic patterns, and “rush-hour” events.

Deep Progression & Challenges
A complete leveling system with skill trees (e.g. faster deliveries, stealthy shortcuts), daily/weekly time-trial events, and reputation milestones unlocking new scooter customizations.

Richer Simulation Systems
Advanced traffic and pedestrian AI (roadworks, parades, emergency vehicle escorts), dynamic weather effects that influence handling, and a living economy where restaurant demand fluctuates.

Polish & Accessibility
Full UI localization, robust accessibility options (color-blind modes, control remapping), and ongoing performance optimizations.

While the current Early Access build focuses on core scooter handling, fuel/timer balance, and a single district loop, the full version aims to broaden that foundation into a rich, varied courier sim crafted with community input.

Delivery Heroes v0.1 is a playable slice of the full game, focused on core scooter-delivery mechanics within one open-city district. You can already:

Ride & Upgrade: Pilot your scooter and install engine, thermal box, and GPS upgrades.

Timed Deliveries: Accept and complete orders under a countdown timer—late or cold deliveries affect tips and reputation.

Fuel Management: Monitor your fuel gauge and refuel at stations or risk a stall mid-run.

Traffic & Patrols: Navigate dynamic traffic AI (cars, buses, pedestrians) and avoid speeding tickets from police patrols.

Basic UI & HUD: Track timers, fuel, map waypoints, and order details through a functional interface.

Please Note: You may encounter occasional physics or pathfinding quirks as we refine scooter handling and AI behavior. This build is stable for hundreds of runs, but still in active development your feedback on handling balance, UI clarity, and traffic challenges will guide upcoming updates.

We intend to keep both the standalone demo and the full Early Access build free to play. We won’t introduce any purchase requirement until Delivery Heroes reaches its 1.0 release, at which point we may set a price.
