What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“We're putting out a fully playable version of Qubx2 now to get feedback from the community as we iterate and polish! ”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We don't have a fixed timeline. We'll leave Early Access when the game is ready, not on a set date.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We're focused on tuning the difficulty curve and run economy from real play data, plus ongoing feel and quality improvements, so both Quick Play and Story runs stay sharp from the first shape to the last.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Qubx 2 is fully playable now: Quick Play's endless speed climb, a run-based Story mode across escalating chapters with a shop and powerups, special modes, and a full original soundtrack. We're actively tuning balance and the run economy from player feedback.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We're not planning on increasing the price when we leave early access. ”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We want community feedback! Let us know what's working and what's not. ”

About This Game

Qubx 2 is a fast, reflex-first action puzzler. Rotate a cube in 3D to line its faces up with the geometric shapes racing toward it and clear them clean, as the tempo rises and the neon vaporwave world pulses around every match.

Quick Play is the pure test. One cube, an endless stream of shapes, and a speed curve that only goes up. It rewards reading shapes early, committing to a rotation, and staying composed as the field accelerates. Easy to pick up, unforgiving at pace.

Story runs push it further. Each run sends you through escalating chapters where the rules shift under you and powerups bend how the cube and the field behave, so no two attempts play out the same. Build a run, spend what you earn, and see how deep you get before it catches you.

Underneath both is the same feel: sharp controls, readable geometry, and a difficulty that respects your reactions. Full controller support, a driving original soundtrack, and a look that leans hard into neon and motion.
