What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“Early access on Steam enables us to actively tailor ABD to the communities specific requests. Also, it helps us fund development as an indie developer. By allowing early access we can expand our team, keep the server running, and make meaningful changes along the way.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“ABD will be a W.I.P. early access game for approximately one year, starting August 15th 2015, ending August 15th 2016.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The initial Alpha build of ABD will include the first three(3) tiers of technology, and the end-stage Beta will encompass all twelve(12) tiers. In addition to the technology, we plan to expand both the scope and scale of ABD as we get closer to the middle of 2016.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“For our August 15th launch date, we are in an Alpha state. Once we fine tune the game, and move closer to newer technologies, we will be looking at a Beta build by November.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Our price will change gradually depending on the level of content, size of the team, and level of interest we are able to achieve. MMO server costs can become expensive, and in order to keep track of these stats and have a continuous environment, we will be reaching out to the community to see what they have to say. Upon voting and poles, we will take action based on what is important to our players.

We will do our absolute best to keep the price minimal to enable everyone a fair chance to own ABD.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We are regularly checking, updating, and monitoring our community pages. Also, we have been considering opening up a forum specific to ABD on www.GagAMaggotEnt.com to address the largest possible spectrum of community involvement. It is difficult to keep track of, and respond to, all the players that come across ABD; however, we make a huge effort to do so. From voting to poles, community involvement, and monitoring the level of interest for a Community Hub player created content and modifications - we will be taking every measure possible to accommodate the needs of our players.”

About This Game

To view our F2P Military Veteran program, please visit our Website (www.GagAMaggotEnt.com) for details.

ABD is a franchise behind the failed, ABD: A Beautiful Day, a MMORTS which ran from March 2015 to January 2016. ABD is back and better than ever Q1 2017, with ABD: 1851 C.E. a MMOFPSRPG from GAM Entertainment!

ABD: 1851 C.E. takes place in the Utah Territory, during a fictional drought, where you and your fellow patrons brave the frontier life from one of two towns. The American Gold Rush ran from 1848-1956, which was a very brutal and iconic undertaking that defined the 18th century. This era has been romanticized in Television and Film for the better half of the 20th century, easily carving its way into the hearts and minds of all of us. Unfortunately, most of the participants in the Gold Rush either ended up dead, or ultimately were forced to head home with little more than they came with. In Q1 2017, I certainly expect you to follow suit and take part in the epic journey however you see fit. Just take it easy on the Liquor, Poker, and Gunplay ;p.
