Why Early Access?

“We want to involve players in the design and balancing of new systems, as well as new content. We'll be able to run experimental systems and use players' feedback to understand what they'd like to see in the game.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We are giving ourselves roughly one year. The date of October 14th holds special meaning for us, as it's the day the first lines of code were written, and we'd be stoked to leave Early Access exactly on October 14th, 2026.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We're expecting to have a solid foundation upon which we will be able to keep adding content and focus on replayability, with a core loop that is tested and validated by our players. The number of available game modes and encounters should also organically increase during the Early Access phase as we fully realize our vision and ideas.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The early access version is essentially the first 1-2 hours of game-play. While no core features are missing, the variety of encounters and encounter mechanics, as well as quality of assets will be developed and worked on heavily during this period.

Servers are quite aggressively limited in terms of online player counts as I monitor performance and capabilities of our current net-code implementation. The chance for prolonged downtime for server upgrades is also higher during this period.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“No, the game is free.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We hope the community can be a reality check for us as we offer and test various game modes and content ideas during Early Access. We invite everyone to share their feedback both on the Steam Forums and on our Discord channel.”
