This game features giants who may kill or crush you; players can get swallowed alive and stomped on. The focus is on survival, but as the giants are mostly female these interactions can be considered fetish content (vore/giantess/macrophilia).

There is limited sexual content with one incident of non-consensual sex, but frequent possibilities of eating alive and occasional crushing - all mostly shown in first person.

There is no explicit nudity but some characters have revealing costumes and some nudity is described but not visualised. There are multiple internal shots of mouths, throats and stomachs.
