SOFTWARE LICENSE TERMS (End User License Agreement)

Note for online services, webmasters, CD/DVD/HD-ROM producers & dealers, and all other media (print or TV).
Our software may not be offered, reproduced, or published in online services, on CD/DVD/HD-ROMs, in magazines, newspapers, or by any other means.


COPYRIGHT USE RIGHTS

This publication is protected by copyright. All rights reserved.
No part of this publication may be reproduced in any form or translated into a language usable by machines, especially data processing systems, without the written permission of SZONNGAMES[SZONN].
The rights of reproduction by lecture, radio, and television are also reserved.
The software and hardware names mentioned in this publication are, in most cases, also registered trademarks and, as such, are subject to legal regulations.
This publication may be copied locally to a computer for private use without permission.
All other forms of use, especially commercial use that does not serve the purpose of distributing our software, require written permission.
The reprinting of excerpts in magazines, books, etc. is generally permitted, but may not be done without citing SZONNGAMES[SZONN] as the author.
This also applies to quotations in other electronic publications. Upon conclusion of the contract, the customer is granted the non-transferable and non-exclusive right to use the software subject to the contract, which is limited to the use described below (SOFTWARE USE).


SOFTWARE USE

The customer has the right to use the software within the scope of the contract (number of licenses acquired, duration of the right of use). The duration of the right of use is determined by the respective offer.
The customer is entitled to use the software for his or her own purposes. The software may only be used by one person per license or download from an app store with our approval, such as the Google Play Store, Steam Store, Apple Store, or SZONNGAMES Store (named user).
In the case of a contract for a network version/multiple license, the customer is authorized to use the software by a number of people corresponding to the number of licenses purchased (named user).
The customer is authorized to install and use the software on a storage medium and to make a backup copy of the CD-ROM, DVD, or download, but this backup copy may not be used concurrently with the original version. The customer is not authorized to make copies of the software unless the copies are made for data backup purposes and are used solely for this purpose. Furthermore, the customer may not reproduce the software components, supplied images, the manual, accompanying texts, or the documentation associated with the software by photocopying, microfilming, electronic backup, or other means, nor may it distribute, rent, sublicense, or otherwise make the software and/or the associated documentation available to third parties. The customer is not authorized to disclose access codes and/or passwords for the product or for online access associated with the product to third parties. The customer is not authorized to change, modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software and/or the associated documentation, in whole or in part, insofar as this exceeds the limits of Sections 69d (3) and 69e of the German Copyright Act (UrhG).


DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Should an error be discovered, we will endeavor to correct it as quickly as possible.


INTERNATIONAL USE

This offer has been prepared in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany (FRG). If parts of this offer violate applicable law of the Federal Republic of Germany or any other country due to changes in law, this is due to ignorance and unintentional action.
In this case, we ask for notification so that we can amend the offer accordingly.
You may not export the software.


NO RENTAL/NO COMMERCIAL HOSTING.

You are not permitted to rent, lease, lend, or provide commercial hosting services with the software.


SEPARATION OF COMPONENTS

The software is licensed as a single product.
You are not permitted to separate its components for use by more than one user. Modifications to files belonging to our programs are strictly prohibited! Disassembling and/or patching programs, documentation, or help files, as well as modifying or replacing program modules or libraries, are generally prohibited.


CONSENT TO USE DATA.

You agree that SZONNGAMES[SZONN] and its affiliates are entitled to collect and use the technical data obtained for the software as part of the product support services provided to you, if any.
SZONN is authorized to use this information only to improve its products or to provide you with customized services and technologies, and undertakes to disclose this information only anonymously.


GENERAL APPLIES

The information contained in our documentation is provided without warranty and is subject to change without further notice.

No guarantee is given for the accuracy of the documentation content.

Since errors can never be completely avoided, despite our best efforts, we are always grateful for any information.

By installing and using our software, the user unconditionally agrees to the above-mentioned license terms and the warranty and liability disclaimer.

If any of the terms of this agreement are invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining terms of this agreement shall not be affected and shall continue to apply in full force and effect.
