Suddenly, a notification pops up on your computer, waking you up - your friends want to meet up tonight to help you clear your mind.

Is this a waste of time? Is this just a distraction?

One thing is clear - you're now stuck at home, overthinking whether to go out or not today.

You have 7 days to think about it.
