A fun and challenging co-op platformer where two players "CARRY A PATIENT" on a stretcher. Split up to overcome obstacles, coordinate your moves, and work together to get the patient safely to the destination. Communication and teamwork are the only way to reach the peak.

«We haven’t been able to implement everything we have in mind for Carry the Patient yet. While the game already offers a complete and playable experience, there are still many ideas we want to add and areas we want to improve. We want to work closely with the community to identify issues, refine the gameplay, and deliver better updates over time. Our goal is to shape the game together and bring it to the level we ultimately envision.»

Carry the Patient is a fun and challenging 2-player co-op platformer where everything can go wrong at any moment. Together with a friend, you must carry an injured patient on a stretcher, climb upward through dangerous platforms, and somehow keep everyone alive.

It sounds simple - until physics, momentum, and bad decisions turn every step into chaos.

CARRY TOGETHER

You and your partner share a single stretcher.

Sometimes you’ll need to carry it together.

Sometimes you’ll need to put it down, split up, and clear the path ahead.

The patient doesn’t always stay still. Depending on where you leave the stretcher, gravity and momentum can turn a small mistake into a full restart.

CHAOS MEETS SKILL

This is not just about jumping.

Movement, balance, and timing matter.

Every fall sends you back to the last checkpoint, but every failure teaches you something new. Master the physics, control your momentum, and learn how to move as one or enjoy watching everything fall apart.

COMMUNICATION IS KEY

Even though chaos rules, teamwork keeps you alive.

Use in-game voice chat to coordinate jumps, decide when to split up, and warn your partner before it’s too late. Carrying a patient alone is impossible and carrying them together is harder than it looks.

CLIMB, FAIL, IMPROVE

Levels are linear but demanding, designed to reward practice and precision.

If you’re confident in your skills, push for faster clears, cleaner runs, and perfect coordination.

Speedrun timers, leaderboards, and achievements let you prove your mastery and compete for the best times.
