About This Game

This is a 3D real-time combat role-playing game with an estimated playtime of around 10-16 hours. Players will take on the role of a cybernetically enhanced character exploring a mysterious island. The game features skill building, character development, squad management, a time flow mechanism, and gameplay elements such as Sprit Stones and the Five Elements Panel.
(Note: The game introduction and related materials are currently not fully prepared, and I will continue to update and showcase them periodically.)

Main Gameplay:

Scene Exploration:
The game world is set on an island, featuring nine explorable and combat zones, including Rocky Shores, Sunken Ship Lake, Cliffside Village, Coastal Woodlands, Fungal Caverns, and more. Each area offers unique environments, monsters, and loot.

Skill Build Construction:
The protagonist's combat skills consist of Sprit Techniques and Spirit Stone Skills.

There are 10 types of Sprit Techniques and 10 types of Spirit Stone Skills (20 effects in total). The key to the protagonist's combat strategy lies in combining different Spirit Stone Skills to change the "Five Elements Phase" and then releasing the appropriate Sprit Techniques.

  • Sprit Techniques:

These are the core combat skills of the protagonist. By using Spirit Stone Skills, the protagonist can temporarily change their "Five Elements Phase" during battles, allowing them to release corresponding elemental Sprit Techniques by consuming Sprit Energy.

During the use of Sprit Techniques, there is a chance to trigger Enlightenment, which increases the skill's level. As the level of a Sprit Technique increases, various new effects will be unlocked.

  • Spirit Stone Skills:

These are special skills found on certain spirit stones. When the protagonist places these spirit stones into the slots of the Five Elements Plate, the corresponding Spirit Stone Skill is activated.

Spirit Stone Skills have both active and passive effects, corresponding to the Yang and Yin slots of the Five Elements Plate. Placing a skill in the Yang slot activates its active effect, while placing it in the Yin slot activates its passive effect.

In addition to their inherent effects, Spirit Stone Skills also allow the protagonist to change their "Five Elements Phase," enabling them to use corresponding elemental Sprit Techniques.

Five Elements Panel:
The protagonist has a Five Elements Panel, into which obtained Sprit Stones can be placed. Each Sprit Stone randomly carries several attributes, and placing them in the slots of the Five Elements Panel activates these attributes. Since there is no equipment system in the game, the Five Elements Panel serves as the primary development mechanic for the protagonist.

  • Sprit Stone Slots:
The slots on the Five Elements Panel have their own element, and adjusting the placement of the Sprit Stones will affect the activated effects.

  • Sprit Stone Skill Slots:
Sprit Stone skill slots are divided into Yin and Yang, influencing the effects of the skills of the Sprit Stones placed within them.

  • Sprit Stone Merge:
Players can create their desired Sprit Stones through the Merge of existing ones.

Fellow Collection/Development:

In the game, players can acquire various Fellows through different ways. Fellows can generate different styles by pairing with various Enlightenment Skills. Players can have multiple Fellows fight simultaneously based on their Leadership. Different combinations of Fellows also provide varied combat experiences.

  • Active Skills (Normal Attack/Innate/Special):
Each Fellow possesses three active skills: Normal Attack (no cooldown, no cost), Innate (has cooldown and consumes Spirit Power), and Special (has cooldown, no cost).

  • Enlightenment Skills (Passive):
Each Fellow has six slots for Enlightenment Skills, which are passive skills. During battles, Fellows can randomly learn Enlightenment Skills. Pairing suitable Enlightenment Skills with active skills is the main way to develop a Fellow.

  • Enlightenment Skill Pool:
The Enlightenment Skills that each Fellow can learn are different. In addition to a general Enlightenment Skill pool, different races and attributes can learn specific Enlightenment Skills. Each Fellow also has several exclusive Enlightenment Skills, which have a lower chance of being learned but are highly compatible with the Fellow.

  • Forming a Team:
As the player's Leadership increases, more Fellows can join the battle. You can select the most suitable Fellows to form a team for adventures.

Time Flow Mechanism:
In the game, there are two types of Time flows: Real Time Flow and Imaginary Time Flow. When the Real Time Flow scale drops below 0, it switches to the Imaginary Time Flow, during which Imaginary Time monsters will invade the island. As the Imaginary Time Flow scale (a negative number) increases over time, the monsters also become stronger.

The Time Flow mechanism is a key challenging feature of the game. Once the Imaginary Time Flow scale reaches its upper limit, the Time Flow Observer will appear. By defeating the Time Flow Observer, players can increase their Time Flow Level, unlocking new gameplay features and content.

  • Real Time Flow:
The Time Scale is positive. Monsters in the Real Time Flow have constant strength. The Time Scale decreases over time, and when it enters the negative range, the island shifts to the Imaginary Time Flow.

  • Imaginary Time Flow:
The Time Scale becomes negative and continues to decrease over time. During this phase, Imaginary Time monsters will invade. Characters in the Real Time Flow will gradually slow down as the Time Scale decreases, eventually becoming completely immobilized. When the time flow reaches its current lower limit, the Time Flow Observer will appear. After defeating her, the time flow gauge will instantly return to its upper limit, allowing you to upgrade the time flow level and unlock more gameplay.

  • Character Time Flow Attributes:
Each character has a Time Attribute, which can be Real Time, Imaginary Time, or Dual Time.

Characters with the Real Time attribute will be affected by the Imaginary Time Scale, gradually slowing down until they stop.

Characters with the Imaginary Time attribute will be enhanced by the Imaginary Time Scale.

Characters with the Dual Time attribute are unaffected by the Time Scale.
Some special Spiritual Insight skills allow characters to switch between Time Flows during battles.

——————————————————————————————————————————————————————————The above is a formal game introduction; the following is a sincere and objective account of the actual gameplay experience:

——————————————————————————————————————————————————————————

  • The controls feel extremely clunky.

  • Cheap models and particle effects.

  • The story dialogue is entirely dispensable, and its content is confusing and unintelligible.

  • The character progression systems are overly numerous and convoluted, making them hard to understand.

  • The game lacks proper guidance and tutorials.

  • The AI is very dull and unresponsive.

  • Various whimsical design ideas end up feeling like a messy, muddled "paste-like dish".

In summary, this game is not suitable for regular, mainstream players.

However, it is suitable for the following types of players:

  • Fans of "bad games" (derogatorily called "shit games" in casual terms): You will experience a bad game like no other.

  • Game streamers who focus on mocking and critiquing games: You’ll never run out of things to say while playing this game — it’s packed with tucao points (tucao: Chinese internet slang for "roasting" or mocking flaws), guaranteeing maximum entertainment value for your stream.

  • Aspiring game developers with a dream of making games: This work is definitely a "classic negative example" and a "discouraging lesson" that I poured my heart and soul into. If you want to make games, play EMON — spend at least 20 hours with it seriously. Because making games means enduring the flaws of your own creation for a long time, even when it falls far short of your expectations.

  • Players seeking fresh and quirky game mechanics: EMON attempts some underdeveloped game designs that you can try out (though I must warn you, the overall experience is still quite terrible).

Finally:Thank you for having the patience to read this far.

I can no longer make meaningful improvements to this game, so I’ve decided to release it as-is and face everyone’s criticism openly.

Thank you again from the bottom of my heart. I will continue moving forward on my game development journey, leaning on the passage of time.
