But even a body can resist.

They replaced the faces. We stayed behind in the snow.

After the catastrophe that swept across the former USSR, people became obsolete.
Corporations subdued the survivors — embedding screens, tools, and weapons into their bodies.
They no longer think. Only execute.

You are one of the few who still has a face.
You arrive at an abandoned camp — once home to children.
The snow never melts, the campfires barely keep the cold away, and the Doomed wander by command.
On the horizon — a sinister tower. Its nameplate reads: “Node 17.”

You are a Memory Courier

In a world where everyone’s head has been replaced with screens and tools, memory is contraband.
You are one of the last who can preserve and transfer memories.
You came to Node 17 not just to survive —
You came to collect fragments of the past and deliver them to where they still matter.

Memories are erased. Towers jam thoughts.
But as long as someone remembers — there is still something to fight for.

Survival

Night. Cold. Fire — your only barrier between life and death.

Light campfires. Find firewood. Build shelters.
Everything that isn’t insulated is the enemy.
Watch your body heat and preserve your strength —
In this world, death is just another instruction.

Your Base. Your Hope.

Every camp has a story. Some of them are tragic. One of them is yours.

Repair an old pickup. Find a battery, pour in some fuel, try to drive.
Or stay. And build.

You can craft structures and gather supplies.
You’re not alone: in cooperative mode, you can survive together with friends.
(Though each player sees the camp a little differently...)

They’re not dead. Just no longer human.

The Doomed were once Workers, Teachers, Fathers, and Mothers.
Their heads were replaced with screens, grinders, welding torches.
They no longer feel. They don’t think. They only run programs.

Shoot the screen — and you’ll hear order flicker and die.

The road is survival too.

Get in the truck. Turn on the lights. Drive into the night.
One drives. One shoots.

In co-op, you divide the roles — one repairs, one defends, one builds fires.
But the most important thing — is never stop.

What is Node 17 hiding?

You’ll build, survive, gather — but sooner or later, you’ll uncover pieces of the truth.
And then, you’ll meet those who still guard it.

And everything will become clear.
Or meaningless.
