This game contains frequent fantasy violence and combat against undead and supernatural creatures using medieval weapons such as swords, axes, bows, and daggers. Players can also use magical abilities and spells. Blood effects are shown during combat. The game features a dark fantasy atmosphere with some occult symbolism, such as inverted crosses made of bones. No sexual content, drug use, or self-harm is depicted.
