Czech Republic (Czech: Česká Republika) is a country located in Central Europe, lying between 12°05'E and 18°50'E, and 48°35'N and 51°05'N. The capital of the country is Prague (fifteenth largest and fifth most visited city in Europe). The Czech Republic is primarily an upland country, with its area covering the Bohemian Massif (a basin surrounded by mountains on three sides) and a small part of the Western Carpathians.
