The World of Heart of Gaia

Five centuries ago, the world witnessed the Decline of the Gods, a cataclysm that brought an end to an age when divine forces walked among mortals. At the heart of this catastrophe stood Draltaksan, an ancient dragon born from primordial Chaos, whose emergence threatened the balance of the world.

Through an unprecedented sacrifice, the threat was contained, forever changing the course of civilization. The guardians who upheld the world's balance became revered as gods, and a new age emerged from the aftermath of the cataclysm.

Now, as signs of a growing darkness begin to surface, a young man is summoned to the royal capital of Aetheria. His journey will lead him into a conflict whose roots reach back to the very forces that shaped the world.
