Miksi Early Access?

Inside the Crow´s Nest is an non-profit academic project that is used as a portfolio, with the aim of showing the talent and dedication of the team during the development of this game.

On early access, we seek to involve the community and receive quality feedback. So that significant improvements can be made, achieving a quality product suitable for our community.

We expect to complete the project during this calendar year.

Millä tavoin lopullinen versio tulee eroamaan Early Access -versiosta?

We would like the final game to have all the features of the early access version plus a more balanced and polished experience. We plan to complete Inside the Crow´s Nest by implementing more playable levels featuring new puzzles, enemy types, new effects, and new bosses.

Mikä on Early Access -version tila tällä hetkellä?

The game can be considered to be at an early access Alpha. However, the version we present in this alpha has already implemented and refined sufficient mechanics, character and environment designs, to be considered a completed demo. As for being a demo, this shows how we will continue working on the game and its features.

Inside the Crow´s Nest will remain free throughout Early Access and upon its official release. We focus on demonstrating the quality of our team's work, which spans nearly 9 months of development.

Miten yhteisö otetaan mukaan kehitysprosessiin?

We intend to engage with the community through Twitter and Steam forums, actively soliciting and incorporating player feedback to refine the game before its official launch.
