Why Early Access?

“I'm very experienced indie solodev with 5 releases, but for Love Blade and Run, i have to know what the public thinks. It's a very important game for me, but on top of that, extremely different from what I was doing before. LBR is an open-world game with a very complex but easy to learn movement system, and it's extremely important to nail it before full release”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Right now, i'm aiming to bring the game to full release in a span of 3 months after Early access. However, taking into account how unique this game is to me, it might take even more. The latest possible date is the end of 2026”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“I'm planning to add to the game:
Refined to the highest degree movement system
A progression layer with upgrades, stat increases, and ability-enhancing buffs
Unlockable costumes
Storyline that ties progression in a city

Based on the timetable and feedback, some of those points can be tuned down or completely missed”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Full Tutorial on every move and mechanic available in the game
Wallrun, sprint, swinging, Zipping, Style meter, and many more movement tricks
Style meter system
16 challenges with Achievements tied to them(not only for completing, but also for style score and time)”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“I don't plan to change the price - It will have a consistent, affordable price in Early access and afterwards”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Everyone is welcome to voice their opinion on Twitter, Discord, and Steam
i will add special rooms and forums to discuss suggestions, bug reports, and for general conversations about the game and its state
There will be not only updates for new content, but also specifically dedicated Feedback updates based fully on players' opinions”
