Varför Early Access?

“As a small developer team, Early Access gives us the opportunity to grow Mycofall together with the community. The core systems like wave combat, forest synergy, and skill morphing are already playable, but your feedback is key to refining balance, pacing, and long-term progression.

During development, player feedback has already helped shape major features such as the morph system and co-op experience. Early Access allows me to continue that collaboration, improving and expanding the game based on real player experiences to make Mycofall the best it can be.”

Ungefär hur länge kommer det här spelet att vara i Early Access?

“We’re aiming for a full release by Q2-2026. However, if the community wants to see more content, new features, or expanded systems, we’re open to extending Early Access to make sure everything reaches its full potential.”

“We plan to expand on the Early Access foundation with new maps, bosses, skills, and progression systems. For the first release, our focus is on improving overall balance, polish, and performance to deliver a smoother, more complete, and deeply replayable experience.”

“The Early Access version of Mycofall already includes the core gameplay experience and full progression loop. Players can survive endless waves, level up with random perk cards, unlock forest abilities, and play in online co-op.

Current content includes:

- 3 Playable Characters with unique abilities

- 60+ Perk Cards and Skill Morphs

- 5+ Enemy Types with evolving behaviors

- 2 Major Boss Fights

- Forest Synergy System (player and forest attack together)

- Collectible Mushrooms for upgrades and meta progression

- Online Co-op Support

More environments, bosses, and permanent unlocks will be added throughout Early Access.”

Kommer spelet att prissättas annorlunda under och efter Early Access?

“Yes, the price will increase slightly after Early Access to reflect the additional content, features, and overall improvements added throughout development.”

Hur planerar ni att involvera gemenskapen i er utvecklingsprocess?

“We actively listen to player suggestions, bug reports, and balance discussions to guide future updates and improvements. Our development approach is flexible and we plan to involve the community through regular updates, open discussions, and by adjusting priorities based on what players enjoy most. Players will also be able to join our Discord Server to share feedback, report issues, and be part of the game’s ongoing evolution.”
