About This Game

A Kaiju is rampaging in the city and the people of the city needs to stop it! An agent of The Earth Defense Force is racing to activate the weapon towers while avoiding the Kaiju. Can they make it before they get smashed into jam?

Read your opponent and predict their actions!

KaijuStory is a 1v1 asymmetric turn-based strategy game.

One player becomes a Kaiju, hunting their target by tearing the city apart.
The other plays a human agent, racing across the map to activate weapon towers before it’s too late.

• The Kaiju gains information by destroying buildings — the more destruction, the easier it is to track the human.

• The human must move carefully, leaving behind tracks that can reveal their position.

The Kaiju use different abilities to find the human. In this case "finding" means smashing buildings to pieces. The more you smash the easier it will be to find your opponent.

As the human, reach and activate all of the weapon towers in the city before the Kaiju finds you! 

While the human travels the city trying to complete their goal, they leave tracks which the Kaiju can see. Be careful and think before you make a move. As the Kaiju keep your eyes open for any signs! 

Track, predict, and corner your enemy as the Kaiju.

Block paths, create traps, and control the map.

Stay hidden, plan routes, and use decoys to mislead your hunter.

Every move matters.
