“Previously when I was developing FINAL PROFIT, I waited until release to make the game available to the public. That ended up harming the reach and visibility, so this time with OIL TOWN I am trying a different method by going Early Access. I also develop best by seeing how players play, so putting it in your hands earlier will allow me to make a better game.”

얼마나 오래 앞서 해보기를 진행할 계획인가요?

“I'm aiming to complete the game within the year.”

정식 버전은 앞서 해보기 버전과 어떻게 달라지나요?

“After the opening phase of the game where we are working to save enough to buy the land we need, I plan to expand into another phase where we will have to operate our own well from scratch without the infrastructure available in the opening phase, eventually growing our base area to the point where a lot of the tasks are handled by worker NPCs and machines. There is also an end goal for the story that I am working towards.”

앞서 해보기 버전은 현재 어떤 상태인가요?

“The first phase is completable, but there are still subsystems that I need to finish implementing to flesh out the experience and make it richer. Refer to the "About This" section below for details on the current state.”

앞서 해보기 기간 전후로 게임 가격이 달라지나요?

“My plan is to increase the price when leaving early access.”

개발 과정에서 어떻게 커뮤니티와 소통할 계획인가요?

“I would love for feedback, either through the Steam forums here or over on Discord (there is an Oil Town channel in the Final Profit Discord. I also post a live development log there for those interested).
