We chose Early Access to gather feedback and improve the experience based on player insights. Chasing Her Light is a narrative-driven game, and we want to make sure the emotional pacing, mechanics, and atmosphere resonate with players. Early Access allows us to shape the final version together with our community.

We currently plan to keep the game in Early Access until around January 2026, depending on player feedback and the development progress.

We plan for the full version to feature a complete story arc, additional areas to explore, expanded environmental storytelling, and refined mechanics based on player feedback.
We also aim to add more upgrade options, accessibility improvements, and performance optimization for low-end systems.

The current Early Access version includes the prologue and the first two major areas of the game, with core gameplay systems such as tree cutting, inventory management, upgrade mechanics, and the unique goggles-tracking feature fully implemented. The main storyline begins to unfold, and players can already experience the emotional atmosphere, gather resources, and follow the footprints of the lost dog.

No, the price of the game will remain the same after Early Access. Since we plan to develop Chasing Her Light together with the community, we believe it's only fair to keep the price consistent for all players who support the project, regardless of when they join us.

We plan to actively involve the community by listening to feedback on Steam discussions, social media, and in-game feedback systems.
