Miksi Early Access?

We've decided to go with steam Early Access since, while the Early Access launch features enough content for some people to probably be satisfied, there's so many more content and features we have planned. For example, we'd like the game to have at least doubled the initial roster size of 5 before we'd be satisfied calling it a finished project.

Blueblood Arena is planned to have a more fleshed out Arcade mode, and to double the size of the Early Access launch roster. Please anticipate several characters being added during the length of Early Access!

Mikä on Early Access -version tila tällä hetkellä?

Blueblood Arena's Early Access launch state will include 5 diverse playable characters, a simple Arcade mode where players will play against a series of AI opponents, as well as basic Local and Online 1 on 1 multiplayer modes. It'll also feature a training mode for players to lab out combos and look at hitboxes, as well as plenty of customization and skins for players to unlock.

Muuttuuko pelin hinta Early Access -vaiheen jälkeen?

Blueblood Arena will be priced slightly lower during early access. Expect a small increase in price when the game officially launches!

Miten yhteisö otetaan mukaan kehitysprosessiin?

As a fighting game, Blueblood Arena will constantly need balance adjustments and tweaks. Getting a community involved will allow us to analyze potential tournament matches and receive feedback regarding these potential changes. By the time the game leaves early access we'll use this feedback to craft a healthy metagame while keeping the game fun and accessible. Feedback will be gathered through a variety of methods through Steam, but the most direct communication will be through our Discord Server.

**Get crazy with Blueblood Arena!**

Blueblood Arena is a fighting game designed to be easy for beginners to the genre, while being plenty of fun and complex for veterans of the FGC! Play locally or online in this freeform combo game!

PLENTY OF FIGHTERS

Pick from a variety of fun characters, such as hometown hero Enza, a bee who packs honey into her strikes! Or perhaps you'd play as the wild rogue Amber, a thief who uses their fire to supercharge their approaches! The game has many characters to pick from, and each one plays differently from each other!

CREATIVE COMBOS

Blueblood Arena is designed to have the most free-form combo structure possible, with very little restrictions on what is possible. It's also got a simple and easy to understand control scheme, one button, one attack! Despite the simple control scheme, the gameplay itself has more than enough depth for interesting and complex gameplay.

TRY IT FIRST

Blueblood Arena also has a demo, if you're on the fence or even simply want to play online with a friend who owns the game, the demo features both Enza and Amber as playable fighters! Play online for free with friends who own the game, or lab the characters locally in our training mode!

CHARMING STYLE

With digitally hand-drawn assets, charmingly simple 3D backgrounds, and a custom-made soundtrack, the game's got a cute sense of style that's great to look at in motion!
