Catch Flex is a full-body rhythm game where you move to the music, collect notes, smash blocks, and dodge obstacles in real time.

Your movements are tracked using a regular camera from your phone or webcam, turning your physical space into the play area. No VR headsets, no gamepads — just your body, rhythm, and movement.

Levels are built around rhythm and physical motion. Players react to patterns and try to stay in sync with the music. The project is in active development, and many mechanics, content, and gameplay feel may change over time.

Catch Flex is developed by a solo developer with a focus on gradual improvement and player feedback.
