AlcheMice is a tactical roguelike deckbuilder where every decision matters, every card shapes your fate, and every run tells a different story. You will play as Tycoh, a young apprentice alchemist cursed by the wicked Gusparda, a witch who controls time through her cursed tarot cards. With her dubious gift, you will run through countless dungeons stretching across the streets of Gran-Adah and the palaces of the Alhambra, seeking the legendary Philosopher's Stone, expecting intense battles and choices that will impact your future. 

Adapt your strategy, improve your tarot deck, and master the forbidden science while you try to break the three-day-and-night cycle that resets your world. Worry not, as your resources will remain, making you stronger each time you battle! 

You’ll join Tycoh on his three-day, three-night journey across the dangerous streets of Gran-Adah. The time loop will restart at dawn of the fourth day due to the curse, but all the resources you keep from your previous run, including cards, ingredients, and recipes, will stay. 

The young mouse hasn’t it easy. You will hunt for the Philosopher’s Stone, as it's believed to be a key ingredient for the elixir of life, which our brave protagonist will use to save his family from a terrible illness. But first, you must break Gusparda's curse, who condemned Tycoh to live in an endless loop with the power of her tarot cards. 

In a battle for survival, improve your deck and master alchemy to outsmart the enemies through each loop you defy. Don’t fret when facing some tough narrative choices! Remember your ultimate goal and break free from the never-ending cycle that resets your world.

From crumbling castles to haunted markets, explore the mystical side of 15th-century Granada's history through esoteric engravings, occult codices, and alchemical myths. Legends often hide fragments of truth. Knowledge is power, and it's at your fingertips if you really desire it!

Deploy your best tactics on multi-level grid-based 3D dungeons. You’ll fight in dungeons based in different locations across Gran-Adah, filled with mysterious visitors, decoration elements, and angry-looking enemies. Terrain isn’t just scenery, it’s part of the fight! So take advantage of the space and its elements to protect yourself and destroy your enemies in the most creative ways.

After each encounter, you’ll be able to choose your reward: gold, new cards to reshape your deck, or alchemical resources. What will it be, alchemist?

You’ll encounter two types of cards:
action cards, used to attack, defend, heal, or manipulate the battlefield, and movement cards, inspired by chess pieces, that define how you reposition across the map. When in battle, use as many cards as your energy allows, carefully planning each turn! When time resets at the first light of the fourth day, your deck will stay! 

Tailor your deck to your playstyle, customize it with hundreds of tarot cards, and combine offensive, defensive, tactical, and alchemical effects to create unique synergies. Cards are not static, elevate them, craft unique cards, or attribute modifiers to evolve them with you when you encounter enemies that change with time.

Every run is unique. Every build tells a different story.

AlcheMice’s core lies in its alchemical systems. Fire, poison, acid, lightning, or mind-altering effects can be infused into existing cards, fundamentally changing how they behave and the risks they carry. 

Find ingredients throughout the city and battles, to learn new recipes as you progress in the game, or discover them through experimentation! Plenty of recipes will be found for the inexperienced alchemists, but if you like a little fun, what’s wrong with discovering by yourself what can be achieved? Every experiment has its accomplishments, don’t be afraid to grind, mix, and cook until satisfied.
